The food menu disappointing. The lady on our roulette table didn’t give us enough time to allow us to put our chips on. Not a friendly atmosphere compared to other grosvenor casinos. Such a shame.
I first got an amazing rate with Agoda which has won my vote and preference. From check in I got nothing but a great induction by Ali, the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I met during my short stay. Ali's induction ticked all boxed and beyond. Big shout to Ali. The room was outstanding, cleanliness, facilities, space, view, all in one and very accommodating.
Beers and ciders are sold at a good price and I really felt at home. If you plan to come here for an event or the cricket I would highly advise you do. Once again thankyou to the kind staff who made me feel like part of the team
Staff were great but despite us being the only table they served (yes.. our seis were the only people earing all night) they STILL messed up 4 dishes that were served. Defrosted fish tasted mushy, linguini was sent back. They need a new chef.
Overall a fantastic hotel I will highly recommend .Definately pay the extra and book a club room !! A big thank you to Arthur at reception and check here Nevin in the Club lounge
On roulette and blackjack didn't play so much, but from what I sow you Watch it by cameras ok, but is a supervisor near your table sometime watching you like u are still it something and usually play is 5 -10£ / hand on blackjack
There are plenty of food places to choose pizza hut i would recommend , and you can have a nice day or evening bowling, but the service is terrible, you will be waiting for a lane and getting told wrong lanes from staff.Also cinema in there is good .
The social nights are great, with free drinks and nibbles. The breakfast is tasty and hot. I travel to Birmingham regularly and will be using this hotel again, as well as recommending to colleagues.
Room wasn’t ready for when we checked in, we travelled back from London and just wanted to chill in the room and relax after a long weekend away. Considering I paid £400 for a regency suite you’d expect it to be ready for the time you’ve paid for. Also I was told I’d get a phone call for when the room was ready and never received one I called the hotel at 630pm to be told then it was ready when check in is supposed to be at 3pm.
I have been to Rainbow Casino 3 times :) You will need to be a member and if you are not it doesn't take long to join. You will need your ID . There are lots of male members, I have been with my friend and we were the only girls but we still enjoyed the time there

The rooms are always spotless, beautifully presented and super functional. I booked a standard suite that had a mini kitchen area, an ample en-suite and great sized bed with the best pillows I’ve ever slept on!!
Bot happy with there services.also the rooms look bigger on em linha pictures but the rooms are small . As for the services,l offered to pay somthing so that the hotel does something for my finances birthday and the said l shouldn’t pay they offer platters but nothing at all was offered.
Worst branch of Genting I have ever visiting. The staff members are very rode and not at all welcoming. Seems they do not want the guests to play at all and just want to sit idol.
